Each booth will be 10’ WIDE x 8’ DEEP and will be outfitted with pipe and drape, a skirted table, a waste-basket and two chairs.

AAEI is renewing its pricing structure for the exhibit hall that has served the international trade community for the past two years. Each booth is placed where attendee traffic is accessible and clear for all exhibitors, providing a more dynamic and seamless traffic flow throughout the exhibit hall.

Booth-Only Staff Registration
Booth-only staff refers to those company representatives who will not be attending sessions, but who will staff the company booth and remain in the Exhibit Hall. They may be registered by sending an email to Chris Enyart at firstname.lastname@example.org. Exhibitors may bring up to three booth-only staff.
Once you choose a booth you will have “Net 60” days to complete payment. Your name will not be included in any online materials until at least a down payment is made.
