What is included in my registration?
The conference registration fee includes: access to all sessions and exhibit hall, all meal functions (breakfast, breaks, lunch and receptions) registration materials, and presentations.
What are the acceptable methods of payment for my registration?
AAEI accepts all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. AAEI also accepts checks.
How can I register online if I need to pay for my conference registration fees by check?
If paying by check, please register online and select “check” as your method of payment. Please mail your payment to AAEI, 1717 K Street, Suite 1120, Washington, DC 20006.
I would like to bring a guest, is there a registration fee?
Guests are welcome to attend the AAEI Annual Conference. The fee for guests is $250 and includes all meal functions, as well as access to the exhibit hall. A guest can be a spouse or personal friend but may not be a colleague or business associate.
What is the policy for transferring or canceling a registration?
Please note that you are responsible for payment if you do not cancel and do not attend. Participant cancellations and substitutions can be made at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. For transfer, refunds minus a $25 transfer fee will be issued for transfers received in writing by Friday, April 29, 2016. For cancellations, refunds minus a $150 cancellation fee will be issued for cancellation. No refunds will be issued for cancellations and transfer after April 29, 2016.

Do I make my own travel arrangements to attend the conference?
Yes. Each participant is responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. Information on the hotel, area airports, and ground transportation can be found on the Hotel and Travel page.
How do I make a hotel reservation?
Please refer to the Hotel and Travel page for detailed information on making hotel reservations. Please note that each individual is responsible for making their own hotel arrangements by the May 13, 2016 deadline.
Are there any sponsorships or exhibit spaces available?

Will AAEI feature the Exhibitor Passport contest?
We will once again be featuring an exhibit hall passport. Please make sure to visit each and every one of our Exhibitors to see their products and services and get your passport stamped. Without our loyal exhibitors and sponsors, our event would not be possible and visiting the booths is the best way to say ‘thanks’. A full passport will also be your entry ticket to win a prize from AAEI during the final day’s last drawing.
What is the conference dress code?
There is no formal dress code for the conference. AAEI suggests business casual and would like you to be comfortable. It is also best to dress in layers as sometimes the conference rooms can be very cool. We also suggest wearing comfortable shoes.
What is the weather like in June?
June temperatures in Washington, D.C. range from the mid to high 80’s.
